سيرتك الذاتية فيها بيانات شخصية مهمة، ونتعامل معها بمسؤولية. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه، ولماذا، ومتى نحذفه، وما حقوقك.Your CV contains important personal data, and we handle it responsibly. This policy explains what we collect, why, when we delete it, and your rights.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها2. Data we collect

• بيانات التواصل: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل أو واتساب، والإيميل.Contact details: name, mobile or WhatsApp number, and email.
• بيانات الطلب: الباقة، والوظيفة المستهدفة، وسنوات الخبرة، والدولة المستهدفة، ولغة السيرة الذاتية.Order details: package, target job, years of experience, target country and CV language.
• سيرتك الذاتية الحالية أو ما تكتبه لنا عن خبراتك ودراستك.Your current CV, or what you write to us about your experience and education.
• صورة إيصال الدفع إذا دفعت بإنستاباي.A payment receipt image if you pay by InstaPay.
• موافقتك على استخدام بياناتك عند تقديم الطلب (نسجّل وقتها ونصها). ولو طلبت خصم الخريجين نسجّل شهر تخرجك وإقرارك فقط، ولا نطلب منك رفع شهادتك.Your consent to use your data when you place the order (we record its time and wording). If you claim the graduate discount we record only your graduation month and declaration; we do not ask you to upload your certificate.
• نتيجة الدفع من بوابة Paymob (رقم العملية والمبلغ والحالة). لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك ولا نخزنها، فهي تُدخل مباشرة في صفحة Paymob الآمنة.The payment result from the Paymob gateway (transaction number, amount and status). We never see or store your card details; you enter them directly on Paymob's secure page.

3. لماذا نستخدمها3. Why we use it

• لتجهيز طلبك وتسليمه، وإجراء التعديلات.To prepare and deliver your order, and to make revisions.
• للتواصل معك بخصوص الطلب والدفع.To contact you about your order and payment.
• لتأكيد الدفع، ولحفظ السجلات المحاسبية التي يطلبها القانون.To confirm payment and keep the accounting records the law requires.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نرسل لك إعلانات دون موافقتك.We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or send you ads without your consent.

4. أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي4. AI tools

قد نستعين بأدوات ذكاء اصطناعي موثوقة لمساعدتنا في صياغة سيرتك الذاتية، ويراجع مستشار في الموارد البشرية والتوظيف كل ملف قبل تسليمه. نختار مزودين لا يستخدمون بيانات عملائنا لتدريب نماذجهم.We may use trusted AI tools to help draft your CV, and a human resources and recruitment consultant reviews every file before delivery. We choose providers that do not use our customers' data to train their models.

المساعدة الذكية «حياه»Our AI assistant "Hayah"

• «حياه» مساعدة ذكاء اصطناعي على موقعنا وموقع خلّي عنّك، وليست إنسانًا. ردودها آلية وقد تخطئ، والمرجع النهائي هو الأسعار والسياسات المكتوبة في الموقع."Hayah" is an AI assistant on our site and the Khallianak site, not a person. Her replies are automated and may contain mistakes; the prices and policies written on the site are what count.
• ما تكتبه لحياه يُرسَل إلى شركة Anthropic (مزود نموذج Claude، الولايات المتحدة) لتوليد الرد فقط. Anthropic لا تستخدم بيانات خدمتها التجارية لتدريب نماذجها.What you write to Hayah is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model, USA) only to generate the reply. Anthropic does not use data from its commercial service to train its models.
• نحفظ نص المحادثة لنتابع استفسارك ونحسّن الخدمة، ونحذفه خلال 90 يومًا. ويُحفظ مؤقتًا في متصفحك حتى تغلق الصفحة.We save the conversation text to follow up on your question and improve the service, and delete it within 90 days. A temporary copy stays in your browser until you close the page.
• لا تكتب لحياه بيانات بطاقة أو كلمات سر أو أرقامًا قومية.Never send Hayah card details, passwords or national ID numbers.

5. من يعالج بياناتك نيابة عنا5. Who processes your data for us

• Cloudflare: استضافة الموقع وحمايته، وحفظ بيانات الطلبات (قاعدة بيانات D1) وملفاتك المرفوعة (تخزين R2) على خوادم داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.Cloudflare: website hosting and protection, and storage of order records (D1 database) and your uploaded files (R2 storage) on servers inside the European Union.
• Netlify: خلال فترة الانتقال فقط، تصلنا منه نسخة من إشعارات الطلب لإرسال التنبيهات، وسنوقف ذلك قريبًا.Netlify: during a short transition period only, it receives a copy of order notifications so we get alerts; we will stop this soon.
• Paymob: معالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية.Paymob: processing online payments.
• Zoho Mail وGoogle (Gmail) وWhatsApp: المراسلات معك.Zoho Mail, Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp: our communication with you.
• Anthropic (نموذج Claude): المساعدة الذكية «حياه»، وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في خدماتنا.Anthropic (the Claude model): the "Hayah" AI assistant and the AI tools in our services.

بيانات الطلبات والملفات تُحفظ داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. وقد تُعالَج بعض البيانات لدى مزودين آخرين خارج مصر (مثل Anthropic في الولايات المتحدة لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وGoogle وWhatsApp للمراسلات)، ونكتفي بالحد الأدنى اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك، وذلك بموافقتك التي نطلبها عند تقديم الطلب.Order records and files are stored inside the European Union. Some data may be processed by other providers outside Egypt (for example Anthropic in the United States for AI tools, and Google and WhatsApp for messaging); we share only the minimum needed to fulfil your order, based on the consent we ask for when you place the order.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف6. Retention and deletion

• نحذف سيرتك الذاتية التي رفعتها وصورة إيصال الدفع تلقائيًا بعد 7 أيام من التسليم، وهي مدة التعديلات المجانية.We automatically delete the CV you uploaded and any payment receipt image 7 days after delivery, which is the free-revisions period.
• نُتيح الملفات النهائية التي نُعدّها لك (Word وPDF) للتحميل عبر رابط التسليم لمدة 7 أيام، ثم نحذفها من خوادمنا تلقائيًا، لذا ننصحك بحفظ نسخة منها.The final files we prepare for you (Word and PDF) stay available on your delivery link for 7 days, then we delete them from our servers automatically, so please keep a copy.
• نفحص السيرة الذاتية فحصًا آليًا للتأكد من توافقها مع أنظمة الفرز الآلي (ATS)، في خدمة الفحص وقبل تسليم الملفات التي نُعدّها، ونحتفظ ببصمة رقمية للملف المُسلَّم ونتيجة فحصه ضمن بيانات طلبك، لنتعرّف عليه إذا فحصته لاحقًا.We check CVs automatically for compatibility with applicant tracking systems (ATS), in the check service and before delivering the files we prepare, and we keep a digital fingerprint of the delivered file and its check result as part of your order data, so we recognise it if you check it again later.
• نحذف محادثاتك مع «حياه» خلال 90 يومًا.We delete your conversations with "Hayah" within 90 days.
• يمكنك أن تطلب حذفها قبل ذلك في أي وقت عبر الإيميل أو واتساب.You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by email or WhatsApp.
• نحتفظ بالسجل المالي لطلبك (رقم الطلب والاسم والمبلغ والتاريخ وطريقة الدفع) لمدة 5 سنوات كما يُلزمنا القانون الضريبي المصري، ولا نستخدمه إلا للأغراض المحاسبية والضريبية.We keep your order's financial record (order number, name, amount, date and payment method) for 5 years, as Egyptian tax law requires, and use it only for accounting and tax purposes.
• ونحتفظ بباقي بيانات طلبك (بيانات التواصل وتفاصيل الطلب والبصمة الرقمية للملف المُسلَّم ونتيجة فحصه) لمدة 18 شهرًا لمتابعة طلبك وأي تعديل أو استفسار، ثم نحذفها أو نُخفي هويتك فيها.We keep the rest of your order data (contact details, order details, and the digital fingerprint of the delivered file with its check result) for 18 months to follow up on your order and any revision or question, then delete it or remove your identity from it.

7. حقوقك7. Your rights

وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، يحق لك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك. راسلنا على ونرد خلال 7 أيام عمل.Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent. Email and we reply within 7 working days.

8. الأمان وملفات التعريف8. Security and cookies

الموقع يعمل باتصال مشفر (HTTPS)، والاطلاع على ملفاتك مقصور على من ينفذ طلبك. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف إعلانية أو أدوات تتبع، ونحفظ في متصفحك اختيار اللغة، ونسخة مؤقتة من محادثة «حياه» تُمسح عند إغلاق الصفحة.The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the person working on your order can access your files. We use no advertising cookies or trackers; we only save your language choice and a temporary copy of your Hayah chat (cleared when you close the page) in your browser.

9. تحديث السياسة9. Changes

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه عند ذلك.We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
