1. الخدمة1. The service

نعيد كتابة السيرة الذاتية وتنسيقها لتناسب أنظمة التوظيف وأصحاب العمل، بالعربية أو الإنجليزية أو كلتيهما، مع خدمات إضافية حسب الباقة (خطاب تقديم، ملخص لينكدإن، أسئلة مقابلة). تفاصيل كل باقة معروضة في صفحة الباقات.We rewrite and format CVs for hiring systems and employers, in Arabic, English or both, with extras depending on the package (cover letter, LinkedIn summary, interview questions). Each package's contents are listed on the packages section.

ويمكن إضافة نسخة من السيرة الذاتية بلغة أخرى (الفرنسية أو الألمانية أو الإيطالية أو الإسبانية أو التركية أو الروسية أو الصينية أو الكورية) مقابل سعر ثابت لكل لغة يظهر في صفحة الدفع. هذه الإضافة مخصّصة لمن يُتقن اللغة المطلوبة؛ نترجم محتوى سيرتك الذاتية الحقيقي ونكيّفه لشكل السيرة الذاتية المعتاد في تلك اللغة، وعلى العميل مراجعة النسخة قبل اعتمادها، وتسري عليها التعديلات المجانية وسياسة الاسترجاع نفسها.You may add a version of your CV in another language (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Chinese or Korean) for a fixed price per language shown at checkout. This add-on is meant for customers fluent in that language: we translate your real CV content and adapt it to that language's usual CV format, the customer reviews the version before it is final, and the same free revisions and refund policy apply.

فحص السيرة الذاتية (ATS): خدمة مستقلة تُقيّم سيرتك الذاتية آليًا بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ويصلك تقرير فيه درجة إجمالية، وحالة أقسام السيرة وعدد المشاكل في كل قسم، والأقسام الناقصة، والباقة المقترحة. التقرير تقييم عام لحالة السيرة، ولا يتضمن إعادة كتابتها ولا تفاصيل إصلاح كل مشكلة؛ هذه تتم ضمن باقات الكتابة.CV check (ATS): a separate service that assesses your CV automatically with AI. You receive a report with an overall score, the status of each CV section and how many issues it has, missing sections, and a suggested package. The report is a summary-level assessment; it does not rewrite your CV or detail how to fix each issue, which is done within the writing packages.

تقييمات العملاء: بعد التسليم قد نرسل لك رابطًا لتقييم تجربتك. لا نستقبل التقييم إلا بموافقتك الصريحة على نشره على موقعنا وصفحاتنا بالاسم والمدينة اللذين تكتبهما، ونراجع التقييمات قبل نشرها ولا ننشر رقم هاتفك أو بريدك أبدًا. يمكنك طلب حذف تقييمك في أي وقت.Customer reviews: after delivery we may send you a link to rate your experience. A review is only accepted with your explicit consent to publish it on our website and pages with the name and city you enter. We check reviews before publishing and never publish your phone number or email. You can ask us to remove your review at any time.

الباقة السنوية: اشتراك لمدة 12 شهرًا من تأكيد الدفع، فيه حتى 6 طلبات؛ كل طلب إما سيرة ذاتية جديدة، أو نسخة بلغة واحدة إضافية، أو تعديل على سيرة موجودة، والتسليم خلال يومي عمل. تُطلب الطلبات من صفحة الاشتراك الخاصة بالمشترك. الطلبات غير المستخدمة لا تُرحّل للسنة التالية. التجديد ليس تلقائيًا: نرسل تذكيرًا ورابط دفع قبل انتهاء الاشتراك بـ 7 أيام، والتجديد باختيار المشترك. سعر الاشتراك 999 جنيهًا للسنة؛ ومن اشترى باقة خلال آخر 12 شهرًا يدفع في السنة الأولى الفرق بين سعر الاشتراك وقيمة باقته (مرة واحدة لكل باقة، وبنفس الموبايل والإيميل)، والتجديد بالسعر الكامل. الاشتراك شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل: كل الطلبات لسيرة المشترك نفسه وباسمه وبيانات التواصل المسجلة، ونرفض أي طلب لشخص آخر، ولنا إلغاء الاشتراك دون استرداد عند تكرار ذلك أو إعادة بيع الخدمة.Annual plan: a 12-month subscription from payment confirmation with up to 6 requests; each request is either a new CV, a version in one extra language, or an edit to an existing CV, delivered within 2 working days. Requests are placed from the subscriber's own plan page. Unused requests do not roll over. Renewal is not automatic: we send a reminder and a payment link 7 days before the plan ends, and renewing is the subscriber's choice. The plan costs EGP 999 a year; anyone who bought a package within the last 12 months pays, for the first year only, the difference between the plan price and what they paid for that package (once per package, same mobile and email); renewals are full price. The plan is personal and non-transferable: every request must be for the subscriber's own CV, in their name and with the registered contact details. We refuse any request for another person and may cancel the plan without refund if this is repeated or the service is resold.

نضمن جودة السيرة الذاتية والتزامنا بمحتوى الباقة ومواعيد التسليم. أما الحصول على مقابلة أو وظيفة فقرار يرجع لأصحاب العمل، ولا يمكن لأحد أن يضمنه.We guarantee the quality of the CV, the package contents and the delivery times. Getting an interview or a job is the employer's decision, and no one can guarantee it.

6. ملكية الملفات6. Ownership of the files

الملفات التي نسلّمها لك ملكك، ولك استخدامها وتعديلها بحرية لأغراضك الشخصية.The files we deliver are yours to use and edit freely for your own purposes.

7. حدود المسؤولية7. Limitation of liability

في كل الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا تجاهك المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الطلب.In all cases, our liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the order.

8. الملكية الفكرية8. Intellectual property

جميع المحتويات والنصوص والتصاميم والشعارات والعلامات التجارية على هذا الموقع مملوكة لـ، ومحمية بموجب قانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية المصري رقم 82 لسنة 2002. لا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها أو استخدامها بأي شكل دون إذن كتابي مسبق. ملفات السيرة الذاتية التي نسلّمها لك ملكك لاستخدامك الشخصي في التقديم على الوظائف.All content, text, designs, logos and trademarks on this website are owned by and protected under Egypt's Intellectual Property Rights Law No. 82 of 2002. They may not be copied, republished or used in any way without prior written permission. The CV files we deliver to you are yours for your personal use in job applications.
